Unless they provide you with some tool and/r you have the knowledge of how to repair tables, think this is the reason you are seeing the error 'reading from the database':
!!! Error reading from database !!!
!! Table './soe_moodle/mdl_files' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
There might be other tables that are also in need of repair.
Might want to pass that along to whomever does server support for you.
