Hi,
you have to change countries.php and translate the new country.
- Add a new line with the new country in lang/en/countries.php
$string['XX'] = 'Xxxxxx;
- In your moodle, go to 'Home>Site administration>Language>Language customisation' and customize your language.
- Find the country name and add a local customisation.
If you don't add a local customisation, you can only see the new country in English.
