Moodle 2.4+ WIndows XAMPP - development site
Since I have the post and upload limits in php.ini set to 256M & 512M I have no problem uploading files of 130MB+. Once uploaded, however, I am unable to do anything with them but delete. If I attempt to download the file after upload but before saving the activity, the Download button simply does nothing. Depending on the file type, when downloading or otherwise accessing the file after saving the activity I get various "unable to play/find/display the webpage" errors from FF & IE, or the embedded Flash player. So far I have tested with MP4 & WAV files. 126.2MB download and play just fine, but 126.7MB are a no-go.
Using Adminer I can see the files in the database; nothing appears amiss. I see in the forums numerous posts about filesize upload issues, but none so far about download issues. What's going on here?
