Hi Bob

I don't understand what you are talking about either. Firstly, I wasn't talking about Dropbox, neither the original poster. Secondly, I was talking to the OP, looking for an answer to his question.

Quote:
>>> I wonder if somebody can direct me on how many users (teachers) can dynamically edit/save/view document in Moodle (similar manner as Google Docs).
>>>
>>> Teachers need it to display Schemes of Work, so students can see it, but only teachers at one department can edit. And to work like Google Docs, with autosave to Moodle.

So the work process is the following:
- the teachers of one department have write access to an on-line document
- students (and other teachers) have only read access to that document

A simple solution would be:
- the teachers of that particular department share the special link which gives them write access
- they (or any other teacher) may link to that document in Moodle without revealing the special link

I'm not an obedient googler, on principle. So what I'm saying could be wrong. Further:

>>> Possible? (Moodle 2.2 version)
I don't know whether 2.2 supports Google Docs nor it allows 'hot links' (aliases).
