Yes, it is possible. i told you before also. But how you classify which students enrol in which topic . Are there some custom profile fields you have created.
One way of doing this is by creating custom profile fields such as:
Subjects enrolling in:
English
maths
science
social studies
And when you create a user you can mark the option he wants either maths, science, english.
After that you have to make use of completion tracking and conditional access advanced feture in your course and set the user fields in restrict access.
