And it turns out that the link that does work is course-dependent, not user-dependent. So it only pulls grades for one course.
STILL trying to find a way for students to see their final grades in all courses.
If this isn't something that actually works in Moodle, I'd like to know what report card add-ons or integrations people have had success with!
