Is there any way to create a custom filter on the "Browse List of Users" page that would be on all user accounts? It just seems that would be a nice feature for an Administrator to have so that custom filters are already in place. I know I can edit some of the php pages, but it seems that this would be nicer if it didn't involve customizing code.
