I have some question pages set up within a lesson and no matter what settings I choose whenever an incorrect answer is chosen it just keeps displaying the question until the correct answer is put in.
Max attempts are set to 1, but it just keeps showing up until you get it right.
It doesn't matter what kind of question type it is, either - as long as it's auto-graded, a wrong answer just reloads the page while a correct answer advances normally.
I have tried multiple question types in multiple different lessons and they all do this - even with the default settings.
