I own a small company that produces educational content so I am both instructor and administrator, so this works perfectly for me.
As for Articulate Storyline, It is worlds better than Articulate Presenter. It only creates a small number of files when you produce a final presentation. The reasons I like working with a tool like Storyline, is that it is a full-blown e-learning development tool and is capable of producing far more complex interactive activities than what I would be able to create a web development tool like Dreamweaver.
I just ended up doing my domain and web hosting with GoDaddy.
